Food, Beverage & Pharma Hygiene Decontamination

Surgically Clean. FDA-Approved. Zero Chemicals, Zero Moisture.

In food processing, bakeries, and breweries, hygiene is everything, but traditional cleaning is slow and full of risk. Hot water and steam washdowns create damp environments where bacteria thrive, damage electrical sensors, and require hours of post-cleaning drying time. Vortex Ice Labs delivers a non-toxic, dry cryogenic cleaning service that instantly lifts grease, starches, fats, and proteins—microbially sanitizing your production lines without chemicals or moisture.

Maintaining compliance with strict food safety regulations requires flawless sanitation without disrupting tight production schedules. Traditional manual scrubbing, scraping, and pressure washing are highly labor-intensive, introduce water-shorting risks to automated control boards, and generate vast quantities of contaminated wastewater.

Vortex Ice Labs provides an advanced, FDA-approved, moisture-free sanitation method. Our cryogenic cleaning process blasts high-density dry ice pellets at -78.5°C to instantly freeze and detach burnt-on sugars, oils, gluten deposits, and yeast residues from active conveyor belts, industrial ovens, mixers, and packaging equipment. Backed by our completely independent mobile division, our team deploys directly to your facility, performing surgical visual and microbial decontamination precisely when your maintenance windows allow.

The Dry Ice Advantage

Microbial Sanitisation on Contact

100% Moisture-Free (Protect Complex Automated Systems)

Non-Abrasive & Residue-Free Cleaning

The extreme cryogenic cold of dry ice (-78.5°C) kills surface bacteria, mould, spores, and biofilm on contact. This provides an ultra-hygienic, sanitized environment for food contact surfaces and packaging lines without resorting to aggressive chemical sanitizers or chemical rinses.

Zero water means zero risk of short-circuiting expensive automation components, delicate wiring harnesses, control panels, or electric motors. Because the dry ice sublimates completely to gas, there is no risk of trapping moisture inside machinery joints, avoiding the localized humidity that typically fuels post-clean microbial growth.

Unlike wire brushes, scrapers, or abrasive cleaning pads, dry ice pellets are soft and entirely non-abrasive. We can clean highly polished stainless steel rollers, delicate silicone gaskets, and industrial seals repeatedly without scratching or causing mechanical wear, leaving zero trace of spent cleaning media or chemical residue.
